List Your Property

The Location Company is a full service location management company.  If you are a current property owner and are interested in using your home, business, or land as a potential filming location please see the following list of services that we provide to all of our property owners. 

 Location management services shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following:

• Full marketing services of property
• Schedule and conduct tours with location scouts for prospective shoots
• Negotiate agreements and execute contracts with all Producers
• Obtain certificates of insurance prior to production company entering Properties
• Collect location fee and security deposit prior to production company entering Properties
• TLC site representative will photograph area to be used for filming one day prior to occupancy by a production company
• TLC site representative will be present during production company filming
• TLC site representative will be responsible for securing any gates or locking of doors
• TLC site representative will evaluate the Property condition and determine if any repairs are necessary, and will direct any such repairs to be made by production company representatives
